One of my biggest passions is travel. My favorite places that I have been to are Japan and Costa Rica, mainly because I got to go with other students my age during those trips. I have learned a lot about myself with these kinds of experiences. I enjoy others company, but I also can appreciate self isolation and reflection. I chose Communications as my major because I wanted a field of study that had little limitation regarding careers. Taking communication courses has expanded my view of the media world and how we are all interconnected through various aspects. My short term goals range from study abroad trips, to interning at tech or sales companies. In the future I hope to be confident enough to set my own standard of success and happiness. I would like to be able to look back on my college career and have no regrets.
